When does a space need clearing?
Sometimes an apartment, house or office needs to be emptied completely – without you spending weeks hauling bags and queuing at the waste station. Our team gets the job done in a day or two.

How does clearance work?
4 steps- Send photos of all rooms (including basement, attic, balcony), the address, the floor and whether the building has a lift
- You get an indicative quote based on the photos, and we agree on a time
- We come over, carry everything out, sort it by type and load it into the van
- We take it all to the waste station or for reuse – the space is left empty and ready for renovation or sale
How do we keep the waste station bill low?
The waste station charges by volume and only accepts waste sorted by type. Yet much of what’s in a home is free once it’s sorted correctly. We sort the load as we pack the van – so there’s less paid waste and the bill is significantly smaller than if everything went into one pile.
Items that are still usable go for reuse – that way they get a new life and cost nothing at the waste station.

Hourly rate + waste station billWhy does the price vary so much?
Every home holds a different amount of stuff: one is packed floor to ceiling, another has just a few pieces of furniture. That’s why we price each job separately. The total including the waste station fee usually ranges from a couple of hundred euros to over 1000 euros.
We make an indicative quote based on photos: email photos of all rooms, the floor and lift details to info@kojuvedu.ee (send as many photos as you need) or describe the situation in the request form. Final bill = actual working time (to the nearest quarter hour) + the waste station receipt.

FAQ
How much does apartment clearance cost?
Our hourly rate starts from 84 €/h (2 workers + van), plus the waste station bill. The total usually ranges from a couple of hundred euros to over 1000 euros – we give a more accurate price based on photos.
Why do you need photos?
Photos show us the amount and type of stuff, so we can estimate the time needed, the vehicle size and the approximate waste station fee. Please also tell us the floor and whether the building has a lift.
Do you do the sorting yourselves?
Yes. We sort the load by type, because the waste station only accepts sorted waste and many types are free – that keeps the bill lower.
Can I keep some things?
Of course. Mark them or tell us on site – we’ll set them aside and take away the rest.
Do you also clear houses and offices?
Yes – apartments, private houses, summer cottages, basements, attics, garages, offices and commercial premises in Tallinn and Harju County.
