Prices – clear hourly rates
All prices include VAT. You pay for the actual working time. Moving and transport have a 1-hour minimum; hiring a mover or assembler has a 2-hour minimum (1.5 hours from two workers). After the first hour we count time to the nearest quarter of an hour. Within Tallinn no travel time is added; in Harju County travel time to the job and back is added – see areas.

Transport from A to B, to the customer’s door
The driver helps load and unload a reasonable amount of items at the door. Carrying items up to the floor is not included in this price, and the maximum item weight is 30 kg per worker. If things need to be carried between floors, book the moving service.

Loading and lifting
Loading and unloading, lifting (1 mover up to 30 kg, 2 movers up to 80 kg), building materials, moving things around, odd jobs, furniture installation, packing.
From the store to your floor
Plasterboard, mortar mixes and everything else for building work – loading, unloading and carrying up to the floor or site. Heavy bags (30 kg and more) and plasterboard sheets that have to be tilted in the stairwell because they cannot be carried up flat – that is why the hourly rate is higher.
Assembly and installation
IKEA and other furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, home and office furnishings. Does not include removal of packaging, plumbing or electrical work.
The minimum charge is 2 hours for one worker and 1.5 hours from two workers. Service in Tallinn and Harju County. In Tallinn there is no call-out fee: working time starts when the worker arrives on site and ends when the job is done. In Harju County we add travel time from our base (Mustamäe tee 6b, Tallinn) to the site and back, plus the cost of transport, as the workers drive to the site. See areas.
Lifting and special lifts
The weight ruleAnything heavier than the rule allows is a special lift – it needs more people, special equipment (lifting straps, stair-climbing robot, crane) and time. Read more: lifting service.

How we count timeNo travel time added
Areas: Kesklinn, Kadriorg, Kristiine, Põhja-Tallinn, Mustamäe, the near part of Lasnamäe, the near part of Nõmme.
- Work startsFor moving and our other services, the clock starts when the workers arrive on site.
- Work endsWhen the last item has been carried in and the customer has signed the handover certificate (delivery note).
- To the quarter hourAfter the first hour we count time to the quarter hour – every started quarter hour counts.
Travel time to the site and back is added
Areas: Laagri, Pääsküla, Kakumäe, Pirita, Pirita-Kose, Merivälja, Mähe, the far end of Lasnamäe, Tiskre, Harku, Peetri, Luige, Järveküla, Loo, Muraste, Haabneeme, Randvere, Pärnamäe, Kose; Viimsi, Harku, Rae, Saue, Maardu, Saku, Kiili and Jõelähtme parishes, and areas further away.
- Travel timeWe add the time needed to reach the site for loading and, after the job, to return to our base in Tallinn. Applies when the loading or unloading address is outside Tallinn.

- Loading timeLoading and unloading time is charged according to the price list of the service.
Removal to the waste station
Total cost = our hourly rate + the waste station bill. The hourly rate is the same as for moving and depends on the vehicle: 2 movers + 14 m³ van 84 €/h or 2 movers + 21 m³ box van 96 €/h (Mon–Fri). Working time starts at your address and ends when we have the waste station bill in hand.
The waste station charges by volume (business prices, incl. VAT): bulky waste, i.e. old furniture, 31 €/m³, construction and demolition waste 41.30 €/m³, fridge 15.50 €/pc. Electronics, metal, paper, packaging and untreated wood are free.
Apartment clearance
When an apartment, house or office has to be emptied completely – furniture, appliances, personal belongings, clothes, curtains. We carry everything out, sort it and take it to the waste station or for reuse.
Total cost = our hourly rate + the waste station bill. As the amount of stuff varies from place to place, the total usually ranges from a couple of hundred euros to over 1000 euros. We give an indicative quote based on photos and information about the floor and lift. Sorting keeps the waste station bill as low as possible.

We only do full-load moves (your items only) in both directions. 100% prepayment before the move starts. You get an exact price with a request – it depends on the volume, number of movers and distance. The price may vary depending on the day of the week and ferry company fares.
Questions about prices
How is working time calculated?
The minimum is 1 hour (2 hours when hiring workers, 1.5 hours with two or more workers). After the first hour we count time in 15-minute increments.
How much do two furniture assemblers cost?
Two assemblers cost 80 €/h (Mon–Fri), with a minimum charge of 1.5 hours.
What counts as Tallinn?
The Tallinn rate applies in Kesklinn, Kadriorg, Kristiine, Põhja-Tallinn, Mustamäe, the near part of Lasnamäe and the near part of Nõmme. For example, Pirita, Kakumäe, Pääsküla, Laagri, Viimsi and Tabasalu already count as Harju County – travel time to the site and back is added there. The full list is here.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Why are Saturday and Sunday more expensive?
The hourly rate is higher at weekends. If your date is flexible, Mon–Fri is the cheapest.
What is not included in the hourly rate?
Packing materials, special lifts (items over 80 kg), the per-kilometre charge outside Tallinn and, for removals, the waste station bill.
Do movers lift heavy items too?
One mover lifts items up to 30 kg, two movers together up to ~80 kg. A heavier item is a special lift: two movers from 120 € per hour for one item, several items at a per-item price by agreement.
Do you offer special rates for regular customers?
Yes. For partners, logistics routes and regular customers we make a separate offer.
