We are looking for several strong and hard-working moving specialists to join our team – full-time, part-time or per job in Tallinn. We work in teams of two movers.
What you will do
- home and office moves in Tallinn and beyond
- packing, loading and unloading
- furniture and cargo transport, arranging the load in the van
- furniture disassembly and assembly
- special lifts: heavy furniture, safes, upright pianos
What we expect
- a strong work ethic, good judgement and physical stamina
- care, precision, honesty and a positive attitude
- category B driving licence
- no record of property-related offences
- ready to work alone and in a team; Russian is a plus

What you will do

What we expect
- experience as a furniture assembler or a carpentry background
- able to read drawings, technically minded
- precision, honesty, good communication and resilience under pressure

- a category B licence and Russian are a plus

We are looking for a proactive coordinator to plan transport jobs and moves, keep track of vans and crews, and advise customers.
What you will do
- answering requests and calls, advising customers
- organising domestic and international transport and moves
- preparing quotes
- drawing up work schedules and delivery notes
- leading the team and solving day-to-day issues
- finding new customers
What we expect
- Estonian, plus conversational Russian
- good communication and negotiation skills
- resilience under pressure and quick reaction to change
- independence, decisiveness and a sense of responsibility
- experience in transport or logistics is a plus
